Versa not updating step count stuck on yesterdays reading

Hi, My Versa 2 is showing step count as at 4pm yesterday. It has not updated since. The app shows the correct step count but the Versa is stuck on yesterdays count which I coincidentally checked at 4pm yesterday. I left it home today and did not wear it until let today. The Versa was on charge all day. Step count on Versa is showing 9393 and app is showing 3294. I have synced Versa and app. Anyone else had this issue and able to help? All other functions of Versa working ok i.e. clock, date, bpm. % of charge. thanks Angela

I have now figured out how to reset Versa and its now reading ok 🙂
