Hi. After update that allows quick replies from my versa . My versa is only vibrating to alert texts and emails.  Not for calls. Checked all notifications and all are on! Strange only vibrating to alert texts and emails not phone calls ! 😡

Hello @CaroleMaxwell, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I saw your Versa is not vibrating for call notifications. I'm wondering if you are receiving the call notification in your Versa despite is not vibrating?

I would recommend to try to perform a restart on your Versa, if all the settings has been already reviewed as you mentioned earlier. For more help, this article with give you more information: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Let me know if this correct the issue. I'll be checking later.

Hi there @CaroleMaxwell and good to see you around in the Fitbit Community @MrsWestie. My apologies for the late response.

@MrsWestie I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting? Are you able to receive notifications despite the Versa is not vibrating as it was mentioned earlier?

If the issue persists and you already tried the restart instructions I shared before. Proceed to try a factory reset from your Fitbit Versa settings > About > Factory Reset.

Do this steps only if there is no other alternative, as this will erase all your app and music you have previously stored. Also do not forget to sync before you move forward with this.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

This happened to me and I was so frustrated. Until I realized I accidentally turned notifications off on the actual watch.

SOLUTION: Press and hold the left button and turn notifications back on!

It's a known bug with the iOS operating system. No known fix in sight. Super disappointing. Notifications and GPS tracking not currently working.

Still got the same issues, it’s ridiculous.  Should report them for false advertising if they aren’t going to fix it... it does not do what they say it does!
