Hi,
I bought my versa 10 days ago and for 1 day it was functioning perfectly. Then, I updated the firmware and now it does not vibrate for messages or any other apps, it only vibrates when I receive calls. Everything else vibrates: the moving notifications every hour, when I get to 10,000 steps, alarms... and i also get the notifications across because if I swipe down they will be there, it is just not telling me I receive them.
I have tried everything, reseting phone and fitbit watch, deleting the app, all the troubleshooting. I also called support and they said they were working on it but that it was a weird issue.
I just wanted to know if anybody else had this problem and if they managed to sort it.
Many thanks in advance,
Maria

Same here. I have a Samsung s10e, yesterday I updated my Versa Lite and now call notifications work and vibrate, but all other notifications won't vibrate but will be there when I check my watch.

Same for me. Since this most recent update, it will vibrate for alarms and such, but not for calls or notifications. I have the original Versa and a Galaxy S9. (I also don't care for the look of the left button push, for what it's worth.)

So I was able to fix mine by deleting my versa on the Fitbit app and then relinking it to the app. Maybe the update messed up the connection to them? Hopefully that works for you guys too!!
