Versa not vibrating for texts and emails

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Super frustrated after having no issues for months on my Versa. Now all of a sudden for last few weeks I receive no vibration alert for texts and emails. Calls and test calls are the only thing that go through, no other apps work either. Yes, I am aware of the quick setting and the other vibration setting. App up to date on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Reset Versa, Bluetooth, app, phone. Tried everything. I get alerts to Versa, I just don’t know they are there unless I swipe up.

Hi I have the same problem (among ithers) following an upgrade last week.  Alarm, texts calls notification works  but despite having vibrate set to strong all I get is a visual  alert  on  screen.  Tried  your suggestion, no change.

Also incorrect hr recorded, AND no longer getting an hr record trace on the app.

Keeps losing  sync with phone

Poor connectivity for gps on exercise Not sharing to Strava

Have revoked and re-linked Strava several times

Turned phone and versa on and  off several times

Removed and  reinstalled app

Help!

Sounds like the Versa device has a weak Bluetooth radio signal. If this phone has not demonstrated any other connectivity problems, the fix is to replace the Versa.

Very sorry I could not help. That was very fast for replacing your Versa. The new one is also losing sync to your phone and not sending notifications?

I'm having the same issues following the update last week. No vibration whatsoever. Alarms, calls, texts, step goals, etc... I receive the notifications but without vibration. I've made sure everything was on and followed all of the suggested troubleshooting and it's still not working.....

Did you ever manage to resolve this issue? Mine is doing the same thing.

Thank you, that is exactly what happened!

Yes! Push and hold the left button. Then under notifications switch it to “on”

Yes I did. I posted the solution.

No. Customer support emailed me troubleshooting directions and when it didn't help they deemed it defective.  I was just outside the 1 year warranty and they wouldn't replace it. Instead they just offered me 25% off a new one. I complained then they sent me 40% off.

Push and hold the left button.  Find “notifications.”  Switch to “on.”
