Versa not vibrating when I reach my goal

My Versa doesn't vibrate when I reach my goal. Vibrates for other notifications.

Hey @LucyBridges, a warm welcome to the Community.

 

Have you checked if you have set your preferred goal? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following from the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the Versa icon
  2. Tap Main Goal
  3. Select the one you prefer
  4. Sync

I have tried being sure that my achievement is set and selected. The watch does vibrate for an alarm but won't vibrate when I reach my achievement. Does it have something to do with allowing notifications? Because I have it set up so that the phone doesn't notify me about phone calls or texts or things like that. Help!
