I have a Versa. iPhone 11 with OS 13.3.1. For the past couple of weeks, notifications appear on the screen but my watch does not vibrate to notify me. Does the same with incoming calls. I can set an alarm on the watch itself, and it does the same thing; the screen will display as if the alarm is going off, but does not vibrate at all. Notifications are turned on. I have tried turning them off & back on, resetting the device, turning device off (shut down) & back on, rebooting phone, updating Fitbit app, deleting & reinstalling app on my phone, just about every troubleshooting tip I have found through searching the forums. Nothing helps.

Hi @SunsetRunner It sounds as if your vibration motor mighr have died. It is probably a good idea to try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About), but if that doesnt get the motor working again Support is your only option.

@SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped vibrating when receiving notifications. I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned before contacting our forums.
I would just like to know how your watch behave after trying the factory reset process that @NellyG advised. This info will help me to assist you accordingly.
Looking forward to your response.
