I've had my Versa for almost a month, and it was working just fine. A few days ago, I noticed it wasn't vibrating with my notifications. If I swipe down on the clock face, it will show me the list of notifications, but it does not vibrate upon receiving them. I have deleted the app, re-downloaded, updated the Versa, repaired, restarted the phone and Versa.. I have messed with the Vibration and notification settings on the Versa, the Fitbit app on my phone, and my actual phone settings. I have tried everything I have seen in forms.
I read something about it not working with the Pixel 3 XL, but it has been working for the past month. It shows that everything is synced correctly (top right corner shows green), and if I open the Fitbit app on my phone, it shows that it regularly syncs and updates my step progress. My Versa is receiving the notifications, but not making me aware of it by vibrating. Is this something anyone else is experiencing?

Welcome to the Forums @CPaananen.
Thanks for sharing all of those details and letting us know what are all of the steps that you tried to get your Fitbit to work correctly. I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.
In this case I'd like to ask some questions:
Look forward to your reply.

@magicladyusa hopefully in your case a regular reboot will do. Have you tried pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?
@CPaananen I do not think it's your tracker per se. It's the app. For whatever reason some old notifications are stuck in the fitbit mobile app notification channel. It happens to me as well. And many other people. Resolution? Reboot of the phone and Versa. Until next time.

Yes I rebooted it then tried to go back to factory settings and then tried to do the firmware update. Right now it won't update. It shouldn't take overnight to update. Now my Fitbit just says no data needs to sync.

@magicladyusa Was the factory reset successful? What is Versa's display showing?

Yes after I removed it from my phone and started all over again. Seems to be working fine now.
