My Versa started to not sync, then was not keeping the correct time. I tried resetting it using the two button way. No help. After 3 days of trying, I did a factory reset. Now versa will not turn back on. I also tried to hold down all the buttons for over 3 minutes several times. No luck.

I'm having the same issue with my Versa. How did you fix it?

I finally fixed mine by buying an Apple Watch after my 2nd Versa died on me. Apple Fitness+ blows away anything I've ever done with a FitBit.

I’ve tried doing the factory reset 10 times nearly and no matter how long I hold the buttons after letting go of the bottom right button at the exact time the Fitbit logo disappears, nothing happens. No vibration, no logo, nothing. It just won’t reset.
The reason I want to reset it is because I synced it with my phone and then repeatedly got my passcode wrong. So I went on to the app to unlock it with my phone. The versa wouldn’t sync so I disconnected it and then tried to reconnect it. However, I need to unlock it with my phone to see the syncing code, but I can’t unlock it with my phone because it’s disconnected.
