I was facing syncing problem with my versa and my android mobile app after the latest firmware update.
I tried uninstalling and install my android app to solve this, but no success.
Then i go with factory reset of versa and after device is not getting started
i have already tried pressing 3 buttons same time for more than 3 minutes but still not success.
This is the very bad experience with this watch.
Still hoping any reply from customer care.

Same happend to me. But its kind of working just cant find it on bluetooth anymore. Tried everything.
