Versa not working after swimming

Hi had my Versa for 2 months, swam in it , now the screen is grey and flickers, then goes blank. 

It seems some Versa are waterproof, some are not. Called customer service who were I feel were very reluctant for me to refund or repair . However I insisted and email refund instructions are on their way to me . Fingers crossed I get a new one

Thankyou . There customer service is dire. 

It seems they’ll do anything to try not to help you, or refund. 

Oh well fingers crossed I’ll get my replacement soon

Hi, well they wanted me to un sync my email from the versa which I did and re sync to another email . I couldn’t do this because there is no picture , only a grey screen and therefore it wouldn’t be able to follow instructions so I can carry out the unsync process . So after I got stroppy, they said they’d send me a pre paid DHL sticker via email so I can return . I hope this won’t take long .....
