Versa not working after swimming

Supposed to be water resistant up to 50m. The seal around the screen somehow allowed water in and now i have a 250 dollar paperweight. It's not like i broke it. Clearly its a seal i have no access to. Should last a lot longer than it did! And your customer service used to be amazing. Not so much anymore! Never wasting money on another fitbit if you can no longer stand behind your products

That's a **ahem** joke. They want to offer a stupid discount and not even a discount on a new versa. When they should be replacing it. Theres nothing left to work out. Tine to switch companies
