Versa not working properly with Oppo A73

Extremely disappointed that my versa is not working properly with my Oppo A73, I decided to upgrade from my Fitbit Charge 2 which works perfectly fine with my Oppo A73. Have done all the troubleshoot works for a day then I have to do it all again. Not happy

IS it on the approved list? If not somethings will not work correctly. It takes time to test things and make sure they work.
