Since I installed the update to my versa last week, it no longer tracks sleep, hr, calories, or active minutes. It worked fine prior with no issues. I have already rebooted (multiple times), stopped and started bluetooth, and even did a factory reset. Nothing has fixed it. I reached out to support via a chat, but the guy who 'helped' me was no real help - he was clearly going off of a script, and did not care to listen to my questions...he basically closed out the chat while I was trying to implement the useless 'fix' he provided (36431258). I'm really very frustrated at this point. I work in software development, and it is very clear that the issues I am having are tied to the last update pushed out by Fitbit. Please, please, please help me - I am amazingly frustrated.

Now, it stopped tracking steps, too. It's basically now a watch (until it stops telling time, too). 😞

As an update, I turned off my Fitbit for two days, and I powered it on this evening for my nightly walk. The Fitbit tracked my steps, calories, and active minutes (still no hr), but the minute I synced it with the app on my phone - all the data got wiped from my device. So, if anyone at Fitbit actually reads these posts, if you can please shed some light on this, that would be super helpful and appreciated. I really think there is a bad defect that was introduced by your last 'upgrade'. Can you please let me know if that's the case, and if so, when a fix is expected??
