I have been using versa from Jan 2019. From past couple of day the charge was draining very fast and from yesterday, it has become blank. I had put it for charge but it wont charge and the device is getting hot while charging

Hi @SunsetRunner Try restarting the device several times and see if that helps. Please come back here if you continue to have problems.

Hi @NellyG , thanks for reply, the device is not even switching on to restart. It is totally dead. Even when i put it to charge, the logo is not displayed. The device is getting hot while charging.

If you go through the motions of restarting (ie holding the two restart buttons in) several times does anything happen?
