Versa - notifications and alarm

I have set my Versa with two alarms but they do not work most of the time - why not, and how can I fix this? (this feature is important to me)

Also, I don't get notifications of texts and calls all the time, either - it only works sometimes.

Can anyone please help with these issues?

@Aquarela is it an everyday alarm? Have you tried rebooting your versa several times? Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Hey @Aquarela, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! 

 

If the alarms aren't working, I suggest you to delete and re add them again. To delete an alarm, open Alarms > tap the alarm > Remove

 

In regards of the notifications, please tell me if the phone or tablet that you are using is compatible. Then, take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone

 

In addition, you can try to restart your Versa as @Marrrmaduke suggested, then delete and re add the alarms.
