I bought my versa this month and even though the first weeks it worked properly, with time it has started failing.
It used to track my sleep every day but now it doesn't. I read that I could try restarting it but everything that has done has been to stuck one night's sleep for every day.
Moreover, notifications used to work but no longer do. I've tried restarting my phone and the versa but it doesn't solve it.

My sleep tracking quit working two days ago! I hope we get an answer soon!

My sleep has not been analyzed since the last update and was not consistently being analyzed prior to that for about 2 weeks. One day it worked fine and the next all it did was give hours slept with times awake or restless. Very frustrating!

My Versa hasn't tracked my sleep since last Wednesday - very frustrating. One of the features I use regularly. Any suggestions? Have rebooted several times.

Same thing is happening to my Versa. It just stopped tracking sleep and HR as of July 13th. Have tried to reboot and also did a factory reset... nothing works. And now my battery only lasts for about a day and a half as opposed to 4 day . What's going on with Fitbit????

I was finally able to get it to sync with my computer and all the sleep data came up! We'll see if it does it on it's own moving forward or if I'm going to have to sync to my computer everyday to look at the data. None of the sleep data has shown up on my watch, just on the app on my computer. Very weird.
