Versa notifications not showing all apps

Was trying to set up my new fitbit versa. I can't not add facebook, snapchat, etc under manage my apps. Only apps that will come up are Instagram and ESPN. I also can see text messages come through on the Versa but I can't open them or reply to the messages. Any suggestions? I deleted the device from my fitbit app last night and started from the beginning with loading it and that did not help at all. Phone is an iPhone 7 plus.

@Jessica63 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa's notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
