I was receiving notifications (email, WhatsApp) on my Versa for the first couple of days but it has stopped working for no apparent reason. I have tried all the usual things like restarting the phone and device and changing the settings but nothing seems to work and I don't know what to try next. Please can you help?

This worked for me!! I had no idea they were off on my actual Versa, even when going into the regular notifications section.
