Versa notifications won't work and won't connect to GPS

Had the watch for about 8 months, no issues til now. The screen started getting glitchy and delayed and was having issues selecting what I was clicking on so I did a factory reset. Now it won't connect to GPS for run exercise and won't notify me of text notifications. Can't edit notifications in Versa settings because it says "Bluetooth Pairing Required" and when I click set up it just loads forever but the phone and watch are syncing and the watch shows as connected in my iphone's bluetooth settings. Thanks!

@gsmith009 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your notifications and GPS tracking with your Versa. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello - now I’m having issues selecting and swiping on my screen. It will either not select or be very delayed. I’ve tried turning my watch off and on multiple times. Is there anything else I can try?
