Versa notifications

New Fitbit Versa and my iPhone X. Text and call notifications worked first two days then just stopped. All notifications on the phone, on the versa and app are turned on. Spent 20 minutes with an agent on line and it still doesn’t work. Tried restarting both and resetting all, help.

I am having the same problem with my iPhone X. Notifications come and go. I have tried everything listed in this forum. Restarting Versa, restarting phone, uninstalling Fitbit app, turning Bluetooth off and on, etc. Usually one if these options work, but not always. I also cannot figure out what triggers the notifications to stop. I can get one one second, but not the next. Very spotty. I keep texting myself to see if they are working, if not, I try one of the easier options, then keep texting until I finally get the notification. But seconds later I mau not get one again, so I go to the more complex solutions. It’s getting frustrating.

Yep I’ve tried all of that still no luck. Even the help tech gave up.
