Versa notifies of the responses I'm sending

When I respond to a text using my Versa, I then get a notification of what my response was.

Example: my husband texts me and I reply on my Versa with one of the predetermined responses "Ok".  A few seconds later I get a notification on my phone and then on my Versa showing my name and "Ok", as if I had sent myself the "Ok" text.

It didn't use to do this when I first got it, but after my phone did an update (I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9) it started doing it.  I think it's a setting on my phone,  but I can't figure out how to change it.  Has anyone else had this issue and know how to change it so I don't keep getting notified of my own responses?

A warm welcome to the Community @Railroadwife. Thanks for details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that your Versa is notifying you of the messages that you're sending. I appreciate that you mentioned the phone you're using.

I would like you to try force quitting your app, reset Bluetooth, restart your watch, refresh notifications and set them up again. You can find the instructions here

I did all of that and it is still happening. I'm not sure if I included
in my original post, but when I get the notification on my reply it also
shows up as a notification on my phone too.

Thanks for getting back @Railroadwife. Sorry for the delayed reply.

If you're receiving the notification in your phone, this is why you're receiving it in your Versa too. You might want to change the settings in your phone to avoid receiving them in your watch, if you have any questions about it, you might want to contact your phone's company.
