Hi! Over the weekend my Versa screen stopped working. The green light on the back is still on but the screen is not working. It comes on for a minute then lines will show up then it goes blank. Besides restarting, are there any suggestions to fix it? I bought mine when in came out in April 2018 so I am out of warranty. All I was offered from Fitbit was 25% off a new device. Any help to fix the screen would be appreciated!

@SarahW1003 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I'd like to recommend one more workaround that has been helpful. By the way, thank you for restarting your Versa before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and not a third party one. You can find the steps to change the clock face in this help article.
I totally understand how you feel since your Versa is not longer under the warranty period.

Hi! I'm having the same problem as @SarahW1003 with a blank/gray screen. I've tried 2-3 Fitbit-developed clock faces but my screen is still blank. My phone says my Versa is fully charged, and I've tried to reboot (and assume it did but with a gray screen, it was hard to tell - lol). I bought this on Black Friday in November 2018. Are there any other troubleshooting options? Thanks!

Hi,
Never never got a third party face for my watch. I only used one that was developed by Fitbit.
