is there any chance it will ever work?? Tried almost everything, was able to get notifications and reply after the steps - notifications off, unpair, app log out, Bluetooth off, restart both, Bluetooth on, app log in, notifications on. after few hours always stop working.  annoying

Hi, @themargot80! As you can see from this help article, there is something about the Bluetooth in your phone that makes it incompatible. There's probably nothing you can do.
