Versa on my arm and phone in my pocket and still no GPS was recorded

this watch sucks 😞 such an expensive thing to buy and it has this issue 😞 

this is why i bought this in the first place. 

and before anyone says anything about the phone it worked perfectly with the last fitbit that i had so now that I upgraded to the Versa for swimming and for walking and running the disappointment of it not mapping what I am doing isnt recorded and to top it all off it sais i only did a 4k walk when i actually did a 5.7k walk... i only have the watch 2 weeks and seriously thinking of sending it back and getting a full refund 😞  so disappointing FitBit

I am not sure which phone to out have @Sharon_1975 worth Android I find a phone restart usually fixes the gps connection.
