Versa on second phone won’t connect to eigi

I have two cell phones.  Versa on second phone (just purchased) only syncs when next to other phone which I first set up Versa.

That's why I asked you this question. Wait and see, sooner or later it will be supported by Fitbit. This site: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 is more actual than the one which says which phones are supported or not. But as far as I can see on this list the iPhone XS is supported by Fitbit!

I just found another post that said that this model iPhone is not compatible with FitBit yet.
