Versa only displays the Fitbit logo

only the fibit logo is being displayed on the screen. after a lot of trails methods and ways also the fitbit Versa is not working

It's great that you have the Versa and thanks for the steps tried on your own. Since you're seeing the Fitbit logo, it means that your watch isn't set up or there is a firmware pending to update. Taking that into consideration, please try the following:

 

  1. Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and set it up as a new device.
  5. In case you have a pending update, it'll start downloading right after the set up process.
