Versa only holds charge for 12 hours and doesn't diplay BPMS

In the last week, my Versa will only hold a charge for 12 hours and will not display BPM's. I have turned off everything and shut down/turned back on, as recommended in other forums and discussions. Nothing is alleviating the issue. It is only a little over a year old. Any suggestions?
