Versa only shows call notifications

I received the versa as a gift last week. After setting it up, I'm only receiving call notifications on it. I have double checked all the other notification settings that I would like to see from my iPhone 7, and all look correct. Any ideas on how to correct? Thanks in advance.

 

Shortly after I posted this I started receiving all notifications. Not sure what changed.

@ShawnBirk Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. I'm so glad to hear that your Versa shows all notifications again, though. Thank you for posting the update here.

 

I'm not quite sure what could have caused the issue. However, if the issue happens again make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.
