I have a Versa Special Edition that was purchased in February. Over the past month or so, the battery life has significantly degraded to the point that it needs to be recharged every five to six hours. Yesterday alone I had to charge it three times! I am NOT using a third party clock face, I have no alarms set, quick view is disabled as well. Last night it was fully charged at 10 pm and it looks like it ran out of juice at 5 in the morning. I've tried restarting it several times and that hasn't helped. I don't think it's acceptable for a device to have such poor performance after just six months of use! How would I go about getting a replacement as this to me seems like a defect?

Hi @DorkyKat - Please try restarting your Versa a couple times. If that does not resolve the issue, contact Support.
