Versa only stays on when on charger

All of a sudden since yesterday my fit bit versa will only stay on when it's on the charger as soon as I take it off it dies. Yesterday every 30 mins it kept turning off and displaying fir but symbol but today we have the first problem.

Regarding the charging issues that your Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
