Versa only works when on the charger

Hello is anyone else having this issue when I putting my Fitbit on the charger it charges, once I take it off and put in on the band It will not turn in at all! Please help. Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't stay charged or on once you remove it from the charger.

 

I got in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists.
