Hi guys

My versa stopped working today.

When I put it on the charger it works and if I take it off it stops. 

I have turned it off through the settings, rebooted and it didn't work. 

Not sure what else I can do. 

Help please 😊

Hi @Renatavix92, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it only works when on the charger. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
