So we bought the Versa models through Amazon. - Nowhere did I see that these only sync / work with "mobile" devices ... Why advertise the music app with no phone required? - How will I get my mp3 music from my PC running windows 7 to this device?
This product will not work with my Chromebook either.
The "Live Chat" in the "Help" area did not work.
And I thought Spectrum and ATT were bad ... Looks like I'll be sending this 200 chuck of plastic back.

@SunsetRunner Your best option here would be to borrow a mobile from your friend just to set up your devices. Later you can use your computer and Fitbit Connect app to sync and upload your music to your Versa. Please see this help article.

After hours of attempting to get this to work we have decided to return it. Looks like a great product but way too much effort with older software. Will try another brand maybe we'll have better luck. Thanks for your help.
