As someone who has severe (hemiplegic) migraines and I would really like to see something that would help me track my migraine activity and the data that leads up to one, during and after so I can maybe learn more about my migraine and preventing them from getting so bad.

About the only thing that you can do is look at your activity and heart rate during and before to see if you can find any patterns.

Hey @Jill-0, welcome to the Community and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.
I think it would be great to have an option like this, take a look at the Migraine Tracker App request, vote for it and leave your comment.
Keep the stepping up!

You also can look at sleep, food, female health, mood, medication, stress levels, etc. I know of someone that drastically reduced his migraines just by revealing a sleep pattern 🙂 that is why I got my fitbit btw
