Versa (or app?) not recording BMR

My Versa has stopped recording my BMR. When I’m not moving it says I’m burning zero calories (which obviously isn’t true). It stopped a couple of weeks and go and then restarted. And now it’s stopped again. I’m pretty certain this must be a problem with the app, as there is no actual measurements going on here. Please could you advise. I’ve reset the device and updated the app and it still I’ve only used 200 calories today.

Check if your weight is entered correctly, at least approximately, not too low by say a decimal point placement.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi. Thanks so much for the reply. My details haven’t changed, so it can’t be that, but I appreciate the suggestion.
