I sent in a query because of the radio silence. I was told that it wouldn't be shipped until the 13th of April. I don't think I'll be seeing mine on the 16th of April.

I've sent emails to Fitbit asking about shipping date and when my credit card will be charged. I'm just getting an automated response.
I'm close to cancelling my order entirely. These are not difficult questions to answer.

I have been told the one that I ordered is expected to arrive on the 13th of April and the credit card won't be charged until stock has been confirmed, (arrived in the country).

Got Charged yesterday and a notification that it has been shipped with AusPost. Checking Aus Post tough it only states that it has shipping details atm.

I haven't been charged on the credit card and the Versa is still on pre-order. Still no ETA.
The local JB-HIFI had some in stock on Friday. What is the point of pre-order directly from Fitbit when retailers get the stock before you?
I'm about to cancel my pre-order.

I picked up mine yesterday. JB HIFI AND Harvey Norman have them in stock. A little strange (and disappointing) if Fitbit don’t get them out to you before the stores get them?!

I've cancelled my pre-order with Fitbit after no one could confirm a shipping date. The local JB HiFi and Harvey Norman stores have been much more informative and helpful. They also mentioned a lack of information from Fitbit regarding shipping and stock.

I went with the Rose Gold Peach Band. I wasn't going to wait endlessly for the limited edition rose gold just for a lavender woven band. A couple of hiccups with the sleep function but that's turned out to be app related. Notifications not getting through to me when my phone is silent is annoying but that's related to the app and not the Versa. The Fitbit gurus seem to be well aware of that one now and hopefully an update is coming forth. It was a little tricky uploading songs to it but once those hurdles were cleared, it took several hours for the upload. Hoping they fix that with a firmware update. Other than those issues it's been good.
Still flabbergasted and appalled at Fitbit not being able to meet customers' orders placed directly with them.
