Versa order in Australia delayed.

To anyone that is from Australia that has pre ordered the Versa, has your card been charged or have you been given a shipment date yet?

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in shipping your Fitbit order. I appreciate your feedback and I wanted to assure you that we take into consideration all the comments provided by our users to continue improving your experience.

Our team is working as fast as possible to get your order out to you and we'll send a confirmation email as soon as your product has shipped. 

 

@slong-au, unfortunately at this moment I don't have a specific timeframe for when the Versa will start shipping from the Australian store.

I just got a notice this morning that my order has shipped from the Fitbit
store.
Of course, the tracking number isn't in the Aus Post system yet, so it's
more of an 'intend to ship', but am hopeful. thanks, s
