Just curious, does anyone still have their original Versa? I have no recollection when I bought mine, but it's at least 2.5 yrs old, going on 3. It's been going strong, up until yesterday. It now has a quick drain. I've turned off all notifications and it's still draining fast. A week ago, I could still get 4 days from a charge (and I apparently never charged it properly). I've seen a few a few posts where theirs didn't last this long. I guess I should be happy. I thought I lost it earlier this year when I went swimming w/ it. It went black. After a day or two, it came back to life. If it's on it's last legs, it's been a good watch. I never take it off, except to charge...so it's been thru a lot.
I think I've done everything to slow the rapid drain, except the reboot/reset. Is a fast drain a sign of it's demise? I've seen many posts where they just go black. Thoughts? Thanks

Hi, if you go to watch Settings, About at the bottom, it will give you the activation date, to know its age for sure.
Sudden quick drain is not normally a watch issue, unless it got wet, some setting was changed or firmware was updated, it can also be the Fitbit app updated and has been known to cause this.
That said, if your watch went black after swimming, its a sign of water damage, which can be seen as condensation in the back windows, using a magnifying glass. As a result of this damage when it recovers it can have high battery drain.
If the watch gets in a shower or bath it can damage the seal and ceases to be waterproof.
If the quick drain started without it getting wet, it may just be the Fitbit App. To see, sync the watch, then try turning of the phone's Bluetooth. Shutdown the watch, wait 10 seconds and place it on charge to restart it and fully charge it and see if it improves battery life.
