Hi! I've been experiencing this issue the past few days. I select a treadmill workout on my Versa and ran/walked for 30 minutes. This morning my FitBit app shows that I've had 371 active minutes between 12a and 6:15am and it says I've burned more than 3,000 calories so far today. All I've done is hit the treadmill for 30 minutes, get ready for work, and work at my sedentary job. There's no way this is accurate.
I've tried restarting my phone as well as my FitBit. What's the next solution?

@WarriorGodde55 This is definitely not right. The active minutes and calories burned are dependent on your heart rate. Can you please post some screenshots of heart rate recordings from the Fitbit mobile app? Also, you can try toggling heart rate ON/OFF and back ON in the Settings app on your Versa, with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right button until fitbit logo flashes). If this does not work, you may need to perform a factory reset.
