Versa over estimating calories burned?

 I've had my Versa for a week and my calories burn is higher (over 3000 calories, I've checked the info on my dashboard but I still think is way to highs compared to the Samsung health app. Can someone help please this is very frustrating.

@LuMonroy Please take a look at this article. Total calories shown are your BMR calories plus your active calories. Your BMR will depends on your age, weight, gender, etc.
