The charging portion on the back of my Versa looks like it may have overheated and has begun to show stress lines or cracking coming from the charging portion of the Versa.

I am sorry to hear that your Versa is overheating. I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions. In the meantime, I recommend not wearing your watch.
