Versa payments not working at terminal

Hey guys! So I’ve just bought a versa the other day, and I’ve gone through the steps of setting up my card on the Fitbit. I’m in Australia and with the commonwealth bank. However, I have tried to make payments at two different places (including my work, which I know accepts Fitbit pay usually) and the terminal just makes a beep noise and says ‘no contactless’ or something along those lines. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Hi, @Graceiulia, I had exactly this problem with my Versa when I first set up my card.  I can only think that there was some glitch in the set up, not reported by any error message, because I solved this by deleting the card completely and starting over with setting it up.  After that it has worked perfectly for me, so you might try that.
