Versa permanently locked

it says your Versa is permanently locked because you entered your pin incorrectly more than 10 time. contact support for more assistance.

How do I unlock it and can I set it to have no pin lock or anything on at all

I don't use a PIN on my Versa so can't directly help but I did find this help file that should point you in the right direction:
