I uploaded 7 new music playlists from my computer into my Fitbit versa. Turns out the device only plays the first song of each playlist. Even if I skip to the next song it shows the name of the next but I will only replay over and over the first song. I can’t skip ever. What shows on the watch screen is not what is actually being played on my ears.
I already restarted, already did the factory reset. I took the songs out and in again. Did all I could and this is not fixed!
I need help. I want to have songs on my versa watch. The advertising said this was a feature and that played a role on my purchase and now I find out it doesn’t work at all. Very disappointing!!!
