My Versa has not worked correctly since I got it as a Christmas gift. The company keeps telling me they are working on the problem. It doesn’t register activity and calorie count usually register 700 a day even when the steps register 10,000. What do I do?

Check your weight isn't entered ridiculously small.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for that but the problem there before that. I was told that many with Versa is having this problem.
