Every time that Fitbit has a firmware update, my resting heart rate increases substantially. After weeks of trying to get it back down to where it’s supposed to be, it jumped 6bpm in one day, solely due to the update. I’m getting really frustrated. An inaccurate resting heart rate produces unnecessary anxiety and defeats the purpose of having a heart monitor in the first place. I can’t be the only one with a Versa experiencing this issue. Please fix it!

Hi @Lorhan, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry about the inaccurate heart rate readings that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. I totally understand how you feel about this. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.
In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this article. After this, monitor your heart rate and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
