Versa purchased July 2019 - faulty strap and watch won’t charge

Hi, 

I’m having 2 major problems with my Fitbit (see subject line).... I can’t wear it and it doesn’t work! As far as I am aware it’s still in warranty yet your customer ‘service’ is offering to send me a different watch without a strap?! Not sure what to do with that, or indeed if your team is even meaning to send messages to me as their last email was addressed to a different customer. Please help! I’m at wits end dealing with your customer service and it really shouldn’t be this much hassle.....
