I went swimming Tuesday and my fitbit was working fine. However, yesterday I could not swipe at all but the clock was working and the buttons were working. I tried to reset it a few times and then the screen went completely funny and today it doesn't turn on at all, even after I have charged it.
I was a big fan of fitbits but this is getting ridiculous. My original Versa was replaced last year and now it is broken again. Every single Fitbit I've ever had has been replaced due to it being faulty. These products are not cheap and so I would expect them to last but mine rarely reach their 2nd birthday before needing to either be replaced by Fitbit or me having to buy an new one....
Please help.

@NancyQuinlan welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display and charging issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that they took care of your case and a solution was provided.
