Versa "Smart" Watch - just a step counter

If you are having trouble syncing and getting texts/calls from your Versa watch, its because it doesn't work and they are still trying to figure it out.  This is for Android and Apple.  The watch doesn't do what they advertise and if you don't buy it from their website and try to get your refund within 45 days...well,  you're out a couple hundred bucks.  I've been trying for months to figure out why my watch wasn't sending my texts and calls.  Tried all the troubleshooting, and it would work once or twice but then stop.  They also only support the watch for certain phones so make sure you check the list and see if your phone is on it.  Neither or my phones were on their list and had I known that I wouldn't have wasted my hard-earned money.

I've been a fitbit user since the clip on version...no more.  I'm going to something that actually works.  Its really a shame such a big company will just take people's money, knowing that their product doesn't work. Good luck with your Versa 2 fitbit...

Hi @Wham2019 , you did not mention which phone you're using, but I have an Android device and have no problems at all with getting notifications, so, please, do not generalize. I really do understand your frustration, but IMHO this is not the way the express it. Regards kuzibri

I have to say my experience is similar to @SunsetRunner's, no issue with notifications whatsoever (Android LG G6). Even replying to message notifications using Alexa works flawlessly, I'm extremely happy with my Versa 2. I'm sorry to hear your experience is not the same, have you tried any troubleshooting steps? And which mobile device are you using?
