Error message unlock with your phone has popped up. Can't access versa or change pin through phone as screen with pin number is not showing - only screen showing is - unlock with your phone. have uninstalled app from my phone and reinstalled but again I need to access Versa to set it up. Tried resetting with the buttons but no joy.

Unfortunately, I uninstalled the fitbit app and when I try to set it up again I am unable to see the pin number on the fitbit as the screen still says "Unlock with your phone".
Also, I am unable to factory reset it with the fitbit button combinations suggested - I have tried every variation (dozens of times) of resetting via the buttons but can't do it.
So, I have a fitbit Versa which I cannot use. I need to reset it to factory settings. This should be an easy thing to do - HELP.

I am having the same problem. Fit bit are sending me a new one out but surely there should be a solution. What an absolute waste of a working watch
